Composition

Each ml of the product contains 140 mg of amoxicillin (in the form of amoxicillin trihydrate) and 35 mg of clavulanic acid (in the form of potassium clavulanate), and excipients: propylene glycol dicaprylate/dicaprate, colloidal silicon dioxide, sorbitan monooleate.

Indication

The product is prescribed to dogs and cats for bacterial infections, surgical diseases, including soft tissue infections, and other diseases caused by microorganisms susceptible to amoxicillin.

Administration

The recommended dose for dogs and cats is 1 ml per 20 kg of body weight, once a day, for 3–5 days. It is recommended to lightly massage the injection site after administration.

Contraindications

The product must not be used concurrently with macrolides, amphenicols, lincosamides, tetracyclines, sulfonamides.

Special precautions

The product increases the effectiveness of indirect anticoagulants. Antacids, glucosamine, laxatives, aminoglycosides reduce and slow down the absorption of the product, while ascorbic acid, on the contrary, increases absorption.

Shelf life

Shelf life — 2 years from the date of manufacture, provided storage conditions are observed. After opening the vial — no more than 28 days, provided aseptic rules and storage conditions are observed. Store at a temperature from +5 °C to +25 °C, in a dry place protected from light, out of the reach of children. List B.

Important

  • Shake the vial thoroughly before use.
  • Do not use in cases of hypersensitivity to penicillin-group antibiotics.
