Medical Information
Composition
Contains squalene, butane-1,3-diol, polysorbate 20, salicylic acid, benzyl alcohol, phenoxyethanol, tea tree essential oil, emulsifying ingredients and purified water. Squalene content is 1–5%.
Purpose
Intended for gentle cleansing of the auricle and external ear canal in dogs and cats to remove earwax, dirt and exudate crusts and to support a healthy microflora of the external ear canal.
Directions for use
Use only as intended and in accordance with the manufacturer’s labelling. Follow the information on the package and the veterinarian’s recommendations regarding the required amount and method of application.
Contraindications
Discontinue use if irritation or an allergic reaction occurs and consult a veterinarian.
Product features
For external use only. The product is an opaque white or slightly yellowish emulsion without foreign impurities. Separation may occur and disappears after shaking. The product has a strong odour and a pH of 2.0–3.5. Avoid contact with eyes and wash hands thoroughly after use.
Shelf life
Shelf life is 3 years from the date of manufacture. Store at 5–30 °C in the closed original packaging, in a dry, cool place protected from direct sunlight and separately from food and animal feed. Keep out of reach of children and animals. Do not use after the expiry date.
